How do I order?
Ordering is extremely simple. All you need to do is email or call our friendly staff. They will walk you through the step by step process, and ensure you have the correct artwork and promotional item. If you need help at anytime, don’t hesitate to call us!
How do I choose my graphics?
There are many different ways to design your shirts. If you already have a logo, you can email us with your logo in any format. If you don’t have a logo, feel free to log on to our partner website, www.clipart.com. You will be able to browse millions of images. Once you pick an image, email us the item number and we will send you a proof. If you have any problems with clipart.com, please contact us for further assistance. We also do custom designs free of charge for our customers!
Does it matter how many colors I use on my design?
For screen-printing, the price increases with the number of colors. For embroidery, there are no extra charges for multiple colors. When looking through our promotional items catalog they will mention the feasability of a multi- color design.
Do you offer sample items?
Yes we do! We offer samples of any piece of apparel or promo items free of charge for qualified companies, schools and colleges.
Are there any additional charges?
There are no additional charges for any apparel item in our online catalog. All of our promo items have a small set-up and shipping fee which can be found in our catalog.
How do I get a proof?
We will email you several proofs until you are 100% satisfied with your logo. The apparel will not be printed until we have final approval of the proof.
What is the typical turnaround time?
The typical turnaround time is 10-12 business days from the time the proof is signed off and payment is received. Ask us about our free rush on a limited number of items!!. We accept check, purchase orders, and all major credit cards.
